Job Title: Ecommerce Media Buyer
About the RoleThis is a performance marketing role where you will be part of our growth team. Your key responsibilities will include managing ads for performance marketing, creating and executing campaigns across various channels to maximize returns on ad spend, innovating new campaign ideas, working with design and content teams, collaborating with team leads to create and drive strategy, tracking and measuring campaign performance, driving KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., acquiring insights in online marketing trends, best practices, and keeping strategies up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Google and Facebook ads extensively
- Ran ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences
- Create, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels to maximize ROAS
- Previous experience running high-budget ad campaigns
- Managed marketing budgets of 30 lakhs or more
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Excellent analytical skills, creative outlook, attention to detail, and user empathy
- Total freedom and authority to get the job done
- Fast-paced growth opportunities
- You lack experience with high-budget ad campaigns
- You're unwilling to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
