Job Description

As a senior financial professional, you will lead the implementation and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and testing financial modules, performing system setups, and supporting month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

  • Design and implement functional specifications for Oracle EBS Financials.
  • Perform system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation such as BR100 (setups) and MD50 (functional specifications).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials is required. In-depth knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles is also necessary. Additionally, experience with multi-org, multi-currency, and multi-ledger environments is highly valued.

  • Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on extensions, reports, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, SLA, and reporting tools (FSG, BI Publisher).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Oracle EBS Financials implementation and support experience is preferred. Experience with system upgrades and R12.x patches is also beneficial. Knowledge of integration points between Financials and other EBS modules is an added advantage.

  • Accounting/Finance background (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
