Lead and Manage High-Performing Teams

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Branch Manager to drive the financial success of our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Financial Goals: Drive the branch's financial success by meeting revenue and sales targets, managing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering, data security, and customer privacy policies.
  • Customer Relationships: Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent and promote our organization's products and services within the community, enhancing visibility and reputation.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth execution of services.
Required Skills:
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, derivatives, and financial products.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Client Servicing: Strong client servicing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or Equivalent: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in financial services, broking, banking, or wealth management.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in managing branch operations, delivering sales growth, and leading teams.
  • Regulatory Experience: Prior experience in regulatory compliance and customer relationship management.
