About the Role

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-performance solutions. You will work closely with the business and development teams to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.\
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of business processes and infrastructure.\
  • Communicate regularly with business and development team managers to ensure alignment and progress.\
  • Prepare non-functional requirement documents and performance test plans.\
  • Design and implement performance testing scripts using tools like LoadRunner and NeoLoad.\
  • Assess test readiness, including environment, test data, and test scripts.\
  • Develop workload models and design performance tests.\
  • Analyze performance test results and prepare reports for presentation to development and business teams.\
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and secure approvals.\
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver projects efficiently.\\
