Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OTT platforms, Android TV, and Google TV development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance Android applications for OTT and Android TV platforms.
  • Implement robust features using Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack libraries.
  • Work with MVVM and MVVM Clean Architecture, ensuring modularity and scalability.
  • Ensure optimized performance across diverse devices and screen resolutions.
  • Integrate TIF layers, where applicable.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git, Jira, and other agile tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and Android trends.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Android development (4+ years)
  • Proficient in Kotlin, Android SDK, and OOP concepts
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, memory/thread management, and networking
  • Expertise in MVVM, Android architecture components, and Jetpack
  • Experience with coroutines, async programming, unit testing, and debugging distributed systems
  • Hands-on with Dagger2 or Hilt for dependency injection
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose is a strong plus
  • Familiar with handling multi-version Android support, screen size adaptation, and device compatibility
  • Working experience with the TIF layer is an added advantage
