Job Description

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a pivotal role in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. This key position requires strong engineering expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.

The TPM is responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation; identifying risks, managing dependencies, and proactively resolving blockers; and establishing and maintaining program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams is also critical.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering, including backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
