About the Job

This is a key leadership role responsible for leading teams in curriculum subject management, ensuring high-quality learning materials are developed and delivered to meet organizational requirements.

Years of Experience: 8-10

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum strategies to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Lead content creation teams to produce engaging and relevant learning materials.
  • Oversee question bank management, ensuring quality standards are met and inventory levels are optimized.
  • Manage SME performance, developing and implementing training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate test development activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Support lead administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs.
  • Analyze exam results, providing insights to inform future curriculum development.

Qualifications

  • Subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level, aligned with NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of education systems in India and familiarity with NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in education sector, particularly in assessment and evaluation, test designs, and question development.
  • Excellent command over English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
