Job Title: Database Developer

We are seeking an experienced Database Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including hands-on T-SQL development, performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
  • Support cross-platform integration with Oracle databases (PL/SQL).
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS; Oracle ETL exposure is a plus.
  • Implement and monitor database security, backup, recovery, and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, blocking/deadlocks, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • 6-7 years of total IT experience with 5-6 years in SQL Server database development.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Hands-on T-SQL development (stored procedures, triggers, functions, views).
  • Proven skills in performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
