**Job Title:** Junior Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Analyst to support our team in delivering high-quality financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various logistical arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, and visa coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day program delivery and implementation with a focus on overall administration, logistics, contract management, and financial management requirements.
  • Manage various logistical arrangements like tickets, accommodation, lodging, boarding, visa, insurance, coordination across program events, workshops, sessions, travel for various stakeholders in India and participating countries.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, record keeping, financial management, reconciliation as per Palladium policies.
  • Ensure appropriate management, administration, and office systems and procedures are in place necessary for proper accountability, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Support in ensuring that all offices operate efficiently and effectively within timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
