Accountant Cum HR Executive

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant cum HR Executive to join our organization.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in Goa to take on a challenging role that combines accounting and human resources expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Handle HR functions such as payroll, employee records, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Ensure timely processing of accounts and HR tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks accordingly.
