Security Integration Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced security professional to lead the integration of acquired entities into our technology and security systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure secure onboarding of acquired businesses.

The selected individual will be responsible for working closely with the Merger and Acquisition function to support cybersecurity due diligence assessments on target acquisitions. They will also collaborate cross-functionally with corporate, legal, IT, and business teams to address cybersecurity risks during due diligence and post-acquisition phases.

This role involves:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive security due diligence reports highlighting risks, remediation plans, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintaining oversight of integration progress from a security perspective after successful acquisition and providing necessary support through regular collaboration with the Integration Management Office (IMO), corporate IT, business, and IT of the acquired entity.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize security gaps, oversee remediation planning, and track closure of identified risks for acquired ecosystems.
  • Managing third-party security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments for acquired applications.
Key Requirements
  • Familiarity with security tools such as cloud security posture management (CSPM), security information and event management (SIEM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and vulnerability assessment (VA).
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud security principles, ensuring effective management and protection of cloud-based environments.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP) preferred.
