The Role: Senior Quality Manager

This person will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes.

The Senior Quality Manager will oversee the software QA practices, define key quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee all system data and applications features meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust QA processes, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
• Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement QA technologies that support scalability and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in QA, preferably as a team lead or manager.
• Strong understanding of application, data, and API testing.
• Experience with automated testing software and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/SAFe).
• Database skills, including SQL.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
