Job Summary

As a Voice Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in International voice processes and excellent communication skills. This is an office-based role located in Chennai, India.
