Marketing Professional Wanted

Dil Brands is a leading food company that caters to daily meal requirements in India. We are seeking a passionate and creative professional to support our marketing efforts.

  • Achieve high execution efficiency with a strong 'will-get-it-done' attitude
  • Assist in creating and executing campaigns to promote food products across various platforms.
  • Support photo shoots and video productions as needed for campaigns.
  • Closely collaborate with business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Identify and manage agencies to ensure seamless execution of planned marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to amplify product reach.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL).
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with knowledge of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as expected in a startup ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators.
  • Experience working with food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods, etc.).
