Assistant Manager - Regulatory Affairs
Company Overview:Lifelancer is a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT.
Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various food regulations, including FSSAI and Legal Metrology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food regulations, technical expertise in analytical and microbiological parameters, and knowledge of licensing regulations and factory acts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Masters in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry
- Minimum 7-8 years of overall experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1-3 years of regulatory experience
- Good understanding of various food regulations, including FSSAI and Legal Metrology
