Job Title: Virtual/Augmented Reality Instructional Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual/Augmented Reality Instructional Designer to join our team at eNation Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing immersive learning experiences using augmented and virtual reality technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and learning objectives.
  • Develop instructional materials and strategies that leverage AR/VR technologies to create engaging and effective training solutions.
  • Design storyboards, scripts, and interactive scenarios.
  • Utilize AR/VR development tools and platforms to create high-quality content.
  • Integrate multimedia elements, 3D models, and interactive features.
  • Manage the end-to-end development process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to refine and enhance AR/VR learning experiences.
  • Implement changes based on feedback and best practices.
  • Ensure all instructional materials meet high-quality standards, are aligned with learning objectives, and provide an engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with developers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and effective AR/VR training solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AR/VR technologies and instructional design.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing AR/VR instructional materials.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in AR/VR development tools and platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Vuforia, Oculus, HTC Vive).
  • Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, including 3D modeling, video production, and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio of previous AR/VR instructional design projects is preferred.
