Program Manager

The Malaria Mukt Gadchiroli Abhiyan project seeks an accomplished professional to lead the Program Management Unit (PMU) in Maharashtra, India.

  • Oversee the PMU to ensure coordinated workflows and timely delivery across program management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and innovation pillars.
  • Support district malaria elimination councils and task forces by providing evidence-based guidance and facilitating regular review meetings.
  • Develop and execute microplans in high-endemic blocks, ensuring alignment with IHIP, DVDMS, and EWARS systems.
  • Lead data collection and facilitate regular data reviews to support planning using dashboards and assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in public health or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing public health programs, including 3 years in tribal or rural settings.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder coordination, strategic planning, and community program management.
  • Strong understanding of malaria epidemiology and health systems in India.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
