Job Title: Integration Lead

Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive M&A integration project plans and timelines, driving coordination across departments, identifying integration risks, and establishing mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
  • Driving cross-functional coordination across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and Sales departments
  • Identifying integration risks, issues, and dependencies; establishing mitigation strategies
  • Leading regular integration status meetings and communicating updates to executive leadership
  • Collaborating with acquired company stakeholders to understand operations, systems, and culture
  • Aligning processes, systems, and teams across organizations while minimizing disruption
  • Monitoring synergy realization and tracking performance metrics and KPIs post-integration
  • Supporting change management, communications, and cultural integration initiatives
  • Managing due diligence and ensuring successful Day 1 planning and execution
  • Ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed throughout the integration process

Requirements:

  • Experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems
  • Strong program/project management skills, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • High organizational agility with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
  • Solid understanding of business processes, systems integration, and change management
  • Financial acumen to support synergy tracking and cost management
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience with 3–5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration
