Senior IT Project Manager Role

  • Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS products and technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with account management teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with the most recent 3+ years in a leadership position managing a delivery unit in end-to-end IT infra services delivery and operations.
  • Mandatory experience in BFSI vertical delivery solutions in the area of Core Banking Solutions, Digital Banking, Web/Mobile Applications.
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English communication (spoken & written) to deal with global customers, team members.
  • Strong technical hands-on experience in software engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data science.
  • At least 5-7 years of practitioner experience in any of these tracks.
