About the Role

We are seeking an extremely creative Copywriter to collaborate with a leading digital advertising agency on exciting global projects and achieve award-winning results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating all original content for one or more brands, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards. They must work closely with the Creative Supervisor to produce top-quality work and maintain our client's satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with fellow Copywriters to develop innovative concepts and campaigns that exceed expectations.
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and competitor data to provide informed insights.
  • Work independently under pressure, handling multiple projects while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate creative hours and participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Attend market research as required and share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
  • Manage workloads to maximize team productivity, ensuring everyone is busy and delivering high-quality work.
  • Provide constructive feedback during annual performance reviews and ongoing assessments.
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, responding to their needs with creative solutions.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an agency setting.
  • A proven track record of creativity and judgment, successful client interaction, and ability to collaborate with account management.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience in managing creative writers.
  • Availability to travel and commitment to producing exceptional work.
