Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure complete coverage of all project requirements.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • • Utilize expertise in functional and non-functional testing methodologies to identify defects and optimize testing efficiency.
  • • Develop and maintain test scripts using automation frameworks such as TestNG and Carina.
  • • Conduct exploratory testing to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall product quality.
  • • Provide detailed test results and recommendations for defect resolution and process improvements.
  • • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts.
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve testing strategies and methods.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
  • • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing principles and methodologies.
  • • Proficiency in database testing with SQL query writing.
  • • Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger UI, and SoapUI.
  • • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Appium and Selenium.
  • • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git.
Work Environment:

Our ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hybrid mode (three days in the office and two days work-from-home) and is able to efficiently manage workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
