Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Delivery Expert

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML technical delivery manager to lead our team in achieving strategic objectives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet scalability, efficiency, and robustness standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US health insurance and have at least 3+ years of experience in this domain. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any public cloud platform, as well as expertise in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and MLOps pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for AI/ML teams, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Lead and mentor data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to achieve project deliverables.
  • Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI/ML models.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Guide AI/ML engineers on business objectives, connecting the dots between use cases and optimal ML models.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to process, scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Highlight risks and concerns to leadership and work with stakeholders to establish mitigation plans.
  • Proactively track delivery statuses and project progress, taking ownership of all deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML, identifying opportunities for new models and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of US health insurance, including at least 3+ years of experience in this domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any public cloud platform.
  • Expertise in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and MLOps pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze external and internal processes and create strategies for service delivery optimization.
