Frontend Developer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), as well as experience with responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and accessible web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with responsive design techniques, such as Flexbox, Grid, and fluid typography.
  • Skills in cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries, such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Proficiency in styling tools, like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS.
  • Knowledge of animation tools, like GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with the ability to interpret design specs, spacing, typography, and color schemes.
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • A basic understanding of SEO-friendly HTML structure.
  • Basic integration with APIs or backend data.
  • Basic knowledge of performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, image compression, and code splitting.

Level of Experience:

  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of professional front-end/web development experience.
  • A portfolio or live project links are mandatory.

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of Python is an added advantage and preferred.
  • A willingness to learn Python and Odoo is highly appreciated.
