We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our technical teams. As Tech Lead – PHP, you will be responsible for the technical architecture, development, and scaling of fintech products.


This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coding, technical leadership, and product ownership. You will lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable fintech products, own the complete product lifecycle from idea validation to deployment and scaling, and architect and implement secure, high-performance APIs for 3rd party integration and forwarding APIs.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging expertise in Laravel and CodeIgniter to drive end-to-end product development
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Mentoring developers to drive best practices across the engineering team
  • Architecting and implementing secure, high-performance APIs for 3rd party integration and forwarding APIs

You will have experience with Fintech solutions such as DMT, AEPS, BBPS, and Recharge systems, and a proven ability to lead technical teams in delivering high-quality products.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role
  • In-depth expertise in Laravel and CodeIgniter
  • Strong experience with Fintech solutions
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive best practices
