Job Description

This role involves regular academic work, including lectures, practicals, tutorials, projects, and examination. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting in admission work, curriculum designing, technology-mediated teaching learning processes, managing elective courses, and routine departmental academic and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach General Management papers with a focus on Postgraduate studies
  2. Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals
  3. Guide doctoral candidates
  4. Develop and implement curricula
  5. Manage departmental administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. degree in Commerce or a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor
  • Research experience at a University/National-level Institution
  • Published work in peer-reviewed journals

Specialization Required: General Management papers with a focus on Postgraduate studies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Eminent scholar with a Ph.D. degree in Commerce or a relevant field
  • Published work of high quality
  • Active engagement in research with evidence of published work
