Job Title: Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading transformation/change projects and implementing digitization/automation projects across all entities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Business Controllers and Process Heads to review and update Process SOPs, identify new improvement/transformation opportunities, and report on key business metrics.
  • Understand the technology needs and drive technology-related projects like New Portal Development, RPA, etc.
  • Support the business team in day-to-day operations with technology-related support and changes.
  • Drive macro and analytics-related projects to handle specific reporting needs and ensure data is carefully gathered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of leading banking practices and SAP experience.
  • Experience working in manufacturing industries (steel, cement, energy, and ports).
  • Understanding of SAP, DMS, Dashboard reporting, RPA, etc.
  • Strategic perspective, analytical skills, strong interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Able to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
