We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic knowledge of pet products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels
  • Coordinating pet spa appointments and services
  • Handling home delivery orders and ensuring timely dispatch
  • Staying up-to-date with products, new arrivals, and promotions
  • Processing sales through the point-of-sale system and handling cash/card transactions
  • Assisting with stock management and store opening/closing duties
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • A passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
