Lead AI Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute the product roadmap for AI applications, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new AI solutions, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals, effectively communicating technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions, driving adoption and engagement through effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement, making informed decisions to drive growth and success.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust through transparent and timely communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs), familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features, prioritizing customer needs and preferences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and updates, building strong relationships and trust through transparent and timely communication.
