The role involves:

  • Leading end-to-end operating model ownership
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction
  • Acting as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning
  • Executing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy
  • Driving adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools
  • Combining technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio
  • Optimizing technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders to meet functional and financial goals

Key Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container and network services
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience
