SAP RTR Process Lead Job Description:

The role of SAP RTR Process Lead involves leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives for clients, driving business value and strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading SAP adoption initiatives during digital transformation journeys, demonstrating clear business value.
  • Driving solution strategy with account teams, sales, and partners based on client priorities and competitive landscape.
  • Defending SAP solutions internally at BU/MU/SBU level.
  • Planning and presenting solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops.
  • Engaging with customers to understand requirements and propose appropriate solutions and methodologies.
  • Driving innovation and transformation in existing large accounts and ensuring delivery assurance.
  • Guiding and supporting COE solutions and offerings.
  • Providing expert support across multiple delivery engagements and projects.
  • Collaborating with delivery managers for performance evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Mentoring and guiding architects and SMEs, and improving solutioning capabilities through industrialization and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a finance functional background.
  • Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR), Controlling, Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany Scenarios, Period End Closing, Operational Reporting.
  • Experience in Central Finance, Treasury, and Group Reporting preferred.
  • Experience with global implementations including template design and rollout.
  • Understanding of Greenfield and Brownfield (System Conversion) setups, agile methodologies, and SAP S/4HANA architecture and operations.
  • Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, auto, retail, CPG, lifesciences, or oil & gas.
