Job Overview

Pharmint is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Perform other financial-related tasks as required
Requirements
  • Financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation skills
  • Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, tax return preparation, and audit support
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry is an advantage
