We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. As a fast-growing agency, we help brands grow through strategic campaigns and automations.

Job Overview

This role involves turning brand strategy into visually appealing emails and ads that capture the audience's attention.

If you have a passion for designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, possess a keen eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative ideas to life without making them look like templates—then this might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid advertisements for brands
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
  • Create reusable design components and Figma templates for faster future execution
  • Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute
  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–8 years of experience in graphic design—ideally for eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is essential
  • Understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color principles
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and deliver high-quality work quickly
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Email Service Providers (ESPs) or creating static and motion ads for paid platforms
  • Even better: You care about performance metrics, not just aesthetics
