As a skilled data migration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data transformations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute complex data migrations using AI coding assistants to optimize data flow.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Become an expert in recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to streamline thought processes.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including injecting new data into production environments and supporting customer success throughout the migration.
  • Establish efficient processes for data handling and document pipeline management procedures.
  • Utilize AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor as core tools.

Requirements:

  • Experienced professionals who excel in problem-solving, thrive in independent work environments, and have a passion for learning.
  • Customer migration experience: Conduct at least 20 successful customer migrations with specific data transformation expertise.
  • Internal migration experience: Proven track record of transforming and migrating data within a data engineering role.
