As we embark on our next chapter, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects at 32nd Avenue. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution while maintaining budgetary constraints and timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource allocation for all project phases.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. Professional Project Management Certification (PMP/CAPM/CPM/MPM) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in managing real estate projects, including overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
  • Experience in selecting, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards is crucial.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • A strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment that promotes teamwork.
  • Proven managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to predict challenges proactively and seek solutions to head off obstacles.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹5,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
