UI/UX Visual Designer

Flam is pioneering the future of immersive advertising by creating innovative, interactive experiences that captivate audiences and drive measurable results.

As a UI/UX Visual Designer on our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products. You will be responsible for translating wireframes and concepts into polished, high-quality designs that reflect our brand's values and make our products easy to use.

To achieve this, you will need to have a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in layout, color theory, typography, and visual polish. Experience with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Jitter is also essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of responsive design principles and how to make designs work seamlessly across devices.

In this role, you will also contribute to and improve our design system to ensure consistency throughout our products. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive visual experiences that align with our brand's vision.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in layout, color, typography, and visual polish
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Jitter
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and how to make designs work across devices
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to balance speed with quality

Bonus points if you have some knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS), motion design, or experience in startups.
