We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to lead the implementation of automation and workflow tools to improve financial processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with best-in-class providers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across key processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement automation and workflow tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of financial processes
  • Evaluate and identify best-in-class providers for selected solutions
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to integrate new solutions into current systems
  • Optimize ERP and reporting tools to support day-to-day operations and management reporting needs
  • Manage core financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, expense claim processing, and chart of accounts maintenance
  • Ensure all processes are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in an implementation role within a shared services environment
  • Proven ability to identify and evaluate best-in-class providers and integrate their services into existing finance and IT infrastructure
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing automation and workflow solutions
