As a seasoned design professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional architectural projects that exceed client expectations.

At our organization, we value collaboration and innovation, and we're seeking a skilled Project Design Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to provide local insight, monitor project execution, and coordinate with clients and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will assist in the design process by providing expert support on local aspects, site analysis, research, and data collection & benchmarking studies. Your attention to detail and quality focus will ensure that all design fidelity and quality issues are documented accurately.

Additionally, you will analyze successes and failures of projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance future project deliveries. If you're passionate about creating innovative designs that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Provide local information during the design development process
  • Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity
  • Coordinate with clients and design teams to provide effective solutions to execution issues

Requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design
  • Wide experience as a Design Coordinator with expertise in executing Interior Projects
  • Prior Site execution experience preferred
  • Revit skills are preferred
