Job Description

This full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer is based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for space planning, creating architectural and construction drawings, designing interior spaces, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and technical requirements. The Interior Designer will also coordinate with other professionals to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive interior design plans that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct site visits to assess space requirements and provide design recommendations
  • Source and specify FF&E to meet client specifications and budget
  • Maintain accurate records of design concepts, sketches, and final designs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong skills in space planning and interior design
  • Experience with architecture and construction drawings
  • Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software
  • Experience in the corporate or banking sector is a plus
