Join us in shaping the future of beauty devices and accessories. As an Innovations Manager, you will drive innovation, developing a comprehensive roadmap for product design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define problem statements, user requirements, and success metrics; align with brand, supply chain, finance.
  • Develop concepts from initial idea to final product launch, managing tooling, tolerances, materials, reliability testing, and vendor management.
  • Evaluate technical decisions, including motor, heat, airflow modules, power electronics, safety, and quality compliance.
  • Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate prices, and build should-cost models.
  • Plan test protocols and documentation for regulatory compliance, ensuring safe and cost-efficient products.
  • Collaborate with industrial designers to ensure ergonomics, acoustic comfort, thermals, and serviceability in product design.
  • Pilot builds, line setup, SOPs, spares/after-sales, user manuals, and risk registers to prepare for market launch.
  • Track field performance, NPS/reviews, failure modes, and drive rapid improvements in cost and quality.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in hardware NPD for small appliances/consumer electronics/beauty devices.
  • Proven DFM/DFX, basic EE/ME literacy (PCBA, plastics, metals, silicone), tooling, and reliability testing skills.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with hands-on experience in RFQs, BOMs, PPAP/FAT.
  • Familiarity with Indian and global compliance pathways for consumer devices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo), basic FEA/CFD interpretation, Jira/PLM, and Excel for should-costs.
  • Execution bias; able to run parallel tracks and meet deadlines.
