Senior Graphic Designer Position

At our organization, we create visual content to communicate complex scientific ideas to various audiences. Our design team uses Adobe Creative Suite and other tools to craft visually appealing documents, including brochures, infographics, and journal cover designs.
Responsibilities:- Create engaging visuals for client briefs, including brochures and high-impact documents.
- Moodboard creation and visual references to propose design direction.
- Collaborate on creative projects with the scientific content team, brainstorming innovative ideas to represent scientific concepts.
- Review and provide feedback on collateral created by freelance designers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordinate workflow with freelance designers to meet project deadlines.
We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to join our team. This role involves creating compelling visual content that communicates scientific ideas effectively. You will work closely with scientists, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into engaging designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably focusing on brochure design, editorial, or science clients.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Prior experience with 3D graphics is an added advantage.
