As a highly skilled accounting professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and operations team. We need someone who is not only detail-oriented and accurate but also sharp, proactive, and resourceful.

This role requires strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, taxation rules, and bookkeeping principles, along with excellent English communication skills. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Assist with BAS, GST, and other tax-related filings.
  • Process payroll and superannuation contributions (if required).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work with accountants to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.

We value highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent individuals who can work with minimal supervision. A sharp, analytical, and proactive problem-solver is essential for this role.

Australian bookkeeping and taxation experience is preferred, as well as certification in bookkeeping or accounting. Strong Excel and reporting skills are also desirable.
