Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex software solutions and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume hands-on project implementation in all phases of the engagement (design, build, test, deploy)
  • Provide technology advice, design, analysis, custom code development, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Participate and support architectural design decisions regarding interfaces between systems
  • Support and adhere to best practices
  • Gather and document technical requirements and deliverables
  • Support client training services
  • Attend product trainings to gain knowledge of system functionality and architecture
  • Present the project's technical solution to client representatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • IT2 implementation knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of building and maintaining VBScripting, Object Rexx, API integration, IT2 installation and upgrades
  • Business knowledge of treasury is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or a directly related field
  • 8+ years industry experience in software design and development or deployment of enterprise software
  • Minimum 7-years direct experience working with IT2
  • Expertise in at least 3 main areas of the ION Product
  • Minimum 5-years working in consulting capacity
