Job Title: API Tester

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of API Tester. This is a contract position with a duration of 6-12 months, and may be extended.

About the Position:

  • This role requires a high level of expertise in API testing, specifically manual and automated testing methods.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with tools such as Postman, Swagger, Restsharp, and Playwright.
  • A solid understanding of SQL databases and their integration with APIs is essential.
  • Additionally, proficiency in Selenium with C# is necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for APIs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to API testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of APIs into the product.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in API testing.
  • Demonstrable skills in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
