Job Title

Ambitious and detail-oriented IAM Professional sought to join our organization.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring the secure management of user identities across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer ISAM modules, including Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation.
  • Provide experience in ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support and administration.
  • Configure SSO solutions using Access Manager and implement federated single sign-on using SAML standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and ADFS protocols.
  • Support the migration of applications to the ISAM Federation Model and integrate business applications with ISAM as required.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Independently resolve issues and close tickets, performing day-to-day operations support activities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in workflow knowledge, design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services.
  • Troubleshoot server-level to user-level queries and participate in outage calls.
  • Lead and contribute to Architecture & Design aspects of IAM and perform migrations and implementations in ISAM when required.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure and update knowledge database documentation as necessary.
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and provide activity reports.
  • Develop policy and procedure manuals and understand SLA requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks as per the agreement.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
