Role Overview:- Summary
We are seeking an experienced Verbal Reasoning Specialist to create engaging online sessions for standardized tests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience for exams like GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive online lessons on verbal reasoning for GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Develop and customize content, teaching slide decks, lesson plans, practice materials, workbooks, and mock tests to cater to diverse student needs.
- Provide personalized feedback and performance improvement strategies to students.
- Stay updated with test formats, scoring methodologies, and industry trends to ensure up-to-date teaching practices.
- Collaborate with other faculty and team members to improve course content and delivery methods.
- Conduct webinars and seminars on these standardized tests.
- Use technology effectively, including online learning platforms, video tools, and data analytics, to enhance the student learning experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of teaching Verbal Reasoning for standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, SAT) with proven success in coaching top percentile scores in Verbal sections.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field (or) CELTA/TESOL Certifications (or) scored at least 80 percentile in the verbal reasoning section of GRE/GMAT tests.
- Deep understanding of Verbal Reasoning concepts such as Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, English Grammar, and Vocabulary Building.
- Expertise in standardized test formats and scoring methodologies for GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to making a positive impact on students' careers.
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and time management.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to analyze and address student pain points effectively.
