Job Title: Master AI Solutions Developer

This is a senior-level role that involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, validate, calibrate, document, implement and report on complex analytical models.
  • Generate actionable insights by performing multiple analyses using Python/Pyspark/SQL.
  • Design predictive solutions using advanced statistical techniques to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Build and deploy applications leveraging generative models, APIs and frameworks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI techniques and their applications.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement analytical solutions and models.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics/data science/AI roles.
  • Strong programming skills in tools such as Pyspark, Python, SQL to manipulate data and conduct statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of Python packages and tools.
  • Sound knowledge and proven experience in applying statistical/machine learning techniques.
  • Sound knowledge in AI tools & techniques and experience in utilizing LLMs to solve business problems.
  • Good understanding of RAG and agentic architectures.
  • Experience in BFSI domain/statistical modelling & validation is an added advantage.
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
