- Ensure timely follow-ups and escalations with leads concerning any process gaps, risks, or impediments, and report regularly to the technical lead.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all backend development activities, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on SharePoint platforms.
- Proficient in writing efficient, reusable code and following best practices in software development.
