Project Manager - Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project plans and maintain base versions and latest versions as needed.
  • Set up communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements along with the team and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Lead implementation entirely and close out on clients post-go-live with hand-holding support.
  • Generate change requests wherever applicable and genuinely try to add value to the client.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed project timelines and ensure all objectives captured in Statements of Work (SOW) are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Ensure supporting teams such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams are utilized as needed for implementation.
  • Engage and/or contribute to at least three process improvement initiatives that enable project delivery and seamless client support.
  • Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into production.
  • Communicate with clients and management upfront about any mismatches in terms of client requirements that may impact project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in project management using any tool and activities such as project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.
  • Good understanding of design and solution processes will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
