Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Privilege Access Security Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and enhancement of privileged access management solutions to secure and manage sensitive accounts across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain privilege access management solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
  • Manage privileged access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring.
  • Integrate privilege access management with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity providers.
  • Implement least privilege access and secure remote access for internal and third-party users.
  • Monitor and audit privileged sessions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM infrastructure and integrations.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational security goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, with at least 2 years hands-on with Centrify legacy and Delinea.
  • Strong understanding of Privilege Access Management principles.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified PAM Professional, Centrify) are good to have.
