  • Monitoring and Alerting Solutions: Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify infrastructure issues before they affect service levels.
  • Incident Response and Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and proactive issue prevention.
  • Automation Script Development: Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Production Support: Provide support for critical production issues related to Boomi integrations.
  • Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Operational Runbooks and Documentation: Maintain and document operational runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Regular Health Checks and Maintenance: Perform regular health checks, maintenance, and patch management for Boomi environments.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in system architecture, deployment processes, and performance tuning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams, cloud ops team, network team and other integration teams to implement performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in Boomi and cloud technologies and apply relevant advancements to the infrastructure.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, incident response, and reliability metrics.
